Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived yet, it may still be in transit or a delivery attempt may have been made when you weren’t available. Couriers typically attempt delivery up to 3 times.

You can track your parcel using the tracking number provided in your dispatch confirmation email. Can’t find the email? Check your spam folder or access your order history in your customer account.

How do I track my order?

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link. You can also log into your account and find your tracking number under your order history.

When will I receive my order?

Our current estimated delivery time is:

  • Handling time: 3 – 5 business days
  • Transit time: 7 – 9 business days
  • Total delivery time: 10 – 14 business days from the time you place your order

Note: For modified orders, handling time may be extended.

Why is my order taking longer than expected?

While most orders arrive within 12 business days, some may take longer due to:

  • High-value product quality control checks
  • Use of secure transit warehouses
  • Peak season or holiday-related delays

We prioritise product quality and security and are working to streamline delivery times.

What if my package shows as “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?

Here’s what you can do:

  • Check around your property (porch, garden, bin area, neighbours)
  • Ask others in your household if they accepted the delivery
  • Wait an extra business day — couriers sometimes mark as delivered prematurely
  • Contact your local delivery depot for clarification

How do I return my order?

You may return your order within 60 days of receipt. Please contact us first to initiate the return process.

  • Damaged or defective items: We cover return postage.
  • Change of mind: You cover return postage. We’ll provide the return address.

No restocking fees apply in either case.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. It may take up to 15 business days for your payment provider to reflect the refund.

Important: Please contact us first rather than opening a dispute via PayPal or your bank. Disputes can delay refunds for up to 45 days.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You have up to 12 hours after placing your order to request changes or cancellation. Email us at contact@ztrainersuk.com as soon as possible.

After this period, the order enters processing and can no longer be modified.

Why was my package returned to sender?

Packages may be returned if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete
  • The recipient has moved with no forwarding address
  • The recipient refused the item
  • The parcel was damaged in transit
