Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge, provided it has not entered the production process. You have up to 12 hours from the time of order placement to make modifications or request a full cancellation.

To request a cancellation or change, please email our support team at contact@ztrainersuk.com with your order number.

Note: After the period of cancellation, the order can no longer be cancelled. However, returns may still be requested in line with our Returns Policy.

Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Include the following details in your email:

• Your order number
• The original shipping address
• The updated address

We’ll update your order as long as it hasn’t left our fulfilment centre.

Style, Size & Colour Changes

You may modify the style, size of your item as long as your order is still in the pre-dispatch phase. Please email us with:

• Your order number in the subject line
• Requested changes in the email body

We’ll confirm the update as soon as possible.

If the requested change is significant, it may be best to cancel your order and place a new one to ensure accuracy.
