Return Policy
Eligibility
Returns must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date. Items returned outside this window will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items with minor flaws (e.g. loose threads)

- Items damaged after receipt, unless the fault lies with us
Return Costs
If we’re at fault (e.g. defective, incorrect item): We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
If it’s a change of mind: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. We do not currently charge a restocking fee.

Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing on our end.
Estimated Refund Times
After we process your refund, it may take your bank or card provider up to 15 business days to reflect the funds.
If the refund is still not visible after this time, please contact your payment provider first, then email us at contact@ztrainersuk.com if needed.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the item you want is unavailable, we’ll help you find an alternative or offer a refund.
Note: Exchanges are only possible if the original item has not yet shipped.
