Order confirmation

After you place an order on our website, it goes into a confirmation queue. We’ll check the details and send you a confirmation email, which may happen automatically.

Order confirmation typically takes up to 12 hours, but estimated delivery time begins from the moment you place the order.

Delivery location

We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Cut-off time

Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time (UK Orders)

Your order will be delivered within an estimated 8–12 business days, starting from the moment your order is placed.

Business day: We do not work on Saturday and Sunday, so our business day is calculated from Monday to Friday
Holiday and peak seasons: Due to certain UK and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, it may take additional 7 days for both domestic and international delivery.

International Shipping

Thank you for your interest in our products. Currently we are only focusing on developing the UK market. We do not provide goods or services to other countries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If no tracking info is available initially, please allow 24–72 hours for the carrier to update the status.

If your order shows “Shipping” for more than 10 business days, contact us at contact@ztrainersuk.com and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Undelivered or Missing Items

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Check around your delivery area or with neighbors.
Contact the shipping partner using details in your confirmation email.
If unresolved, contact our support at contact@ztrainersuk.com.

We offer either a free resend or a full refund, based on your preference.

PO Boxes and Military Addresses

We do not ship to international PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses outside the UK.

UK military PO Boxes are eligible; however, please note that deliveries may take up to 40–45 days, and tracking updates may be unavailable once the package enters military areas.
